We had a wonderful stay at Iakinthos Hotel in Tsilivi! The hotel is spotlessly clean, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the amazing staff. Breakfast was delicious every morning, with a great variety to start the day right. The location is perfect – right by the beach, and only a short drive to Zakynthos town, making it very convenient for exploring. We also loved the special evenings at the hotel – the BBQ night was fantastic, and the live saxophone night made for a truly memorable experience. Overall, it’s a beautiful place with friendly people, excellent food, and an ideal setting. We can’t wait to come back!

The perfect hotel for a relaxing beach holiday. The location couldn't be bettered, having the choice of a lovely swimming pool and the Med to swim in, what more can you ask for! The shallow sloping sand into the sea meant you could walk out 100m in the clear warm sea and still be able to stand up, which meant everyone could spread out, families can play water sports without getting in the way of water loungers like me. The staff at the hotel were excellent, from front of house, restaurant, bar, pool side, room servicing and the lovely guy who picked us up from the airport. Our room was perfect, clean, well designed and perfectly cooled.

- friendly welcome - free sunbeds on the beach (only 10) - nice dinner setup right near the beach. They have live saxophone every Wednesday evening, would be awesome if you witness it - excellent homemade ice-cream, not too expensive either - free books for lending during the stay

It was a really good breakfast. It was connected to the beach and the staff was really friendly and Ashley helped me a lot. If I visit zakinthos again, I will stay at this hotel.

We came here for our honeymoon, and the kind hotel staff welcomed us with rose decorations in our room and complementary champagne and seasional fruit platter. The room was extra spacious and we had a huge terasse with jaccuzzi on it. The hotel is located right next to the sea and the view and the sounds of beach waves just makes this the most perfect place to completly relax and unwind. The bathroom had two separate showerheads and two bathroom sinks and that made it so much better. Also the bed was trully comfortable and cozy, and we finally got the rest we needed. The food at the hotel was absolutly amazing, everything tasted great and the staff was so kind and friendly. They complied with all of our wishes, and made our stay great. This is not a huge complex but rather small hotel where you can escape the crowds and fully relax. There was only one thing that I would make different, and that would be the jaccuzzi cleaning patterns. Upon our arrival it was already not clean, and they haven't cleaned it during our stay in 7 days. It would be preferable to me to have it cleaned at least on the exchange of guests to feel more comfortable using it.

Excellent stay. I believe those are the factors that contributed to our outstanding experience. Facilities - modern and great, proximity to the beach, relaxing atmosphere, great mood, you feel welcomed there. Last but not least - the staff. Particularly Emma, the lady from the continental Greece. She took care of us in an exceptional way, she was a brilliant example of what customer care is about. She deserves a great salary raise for she is one of the main reasons people would go back to this hotel - believe me, I have been travelling a lot and seen good and nas examples of customer service and what hospitality is about. But also the entire staff was great and made our comeback to Greece (last time for me 2009) and the first time for our kids a great experience.

The beach at the back of the hotel was really nice (a little rocky in the beginning of the water), and very pretty. Be aware that there is only space for 12 chairs at the beach, so it is not likely that you find one. And other guests just reserve seats for the whole day by putting their stuff on the chairs, even if they are somewhere else for a few hours. Nothing can be done about that, they say.

Amazing hotel. Right on the beach front. Rooms are very spacious and immaculate, they were cleaned spotless ever day. The food at the hotel is absolutely incredible. Staff are really friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We will definitely be back at this hotel. It is perfect location with short walk to restaurants and shops.

I loved it was directly on the beach, had a lovely pool, nice breakfast and the kindest staff!!! I was traveling solo and missed the yoga class one morning due to a late night the previous evening. Athina called to check on me to make sure I was ok! She was so thoughtful and kind!! Really enjoyed my stay!

All members of personnel were extremely kind and available, the room we had was big, with nice seaview, and very comfortable bed. The Jacuzzi on the terrace was just perfect. The breakfast was amazing and the pool area, although small, was calm and nice. I would definitely like to come back.
